Policies

Shipping: Currently orders containing ONLY stickers are processed and shipped out between 2-5 business days and a tracking number for sticker purchases is not provided.

All of our domestic orders (U.S.) ship USPS, anything that is not a sticker will receive a tracking number. All international orders will be shipped USPS first class mail and may not include tracking or guaranteed delivery date. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

 

International Shipping: In accordance with the law, all international orders will have the full value declared on customs forms. Please be aware of your countries import duties, fees, VAT taxes, and other charges, as some of these can be costly. These fees are not included in the price of the item or the shipping costs and are the customer’s responsibility. Hiking Dogs Co cannot be held responsible for these charges and we cannot refund you if you refuse to pay these fees. If an order is returned to us and you do not wish it to be reshipped you will still be charged the original shipping fees.

Refunds and Exchange - If you are unsatisfied with your purchase you have 10 days from receiving the item to contact us. THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO STICKER SALES! You many contact us via hikingdogsofinsta@gmail.com if you're unsatisfied with your purchase or an item does not fit, or the item was damaged during delivery. If items arrive damaged you have 5 day within receiving to contact Hiking Dogs Co with proof of damage and date received. We do not cover the cost of return shipping nor refund original shipping costs for any return however if you need to an exchange an item for a different size or color we can make something work. Restocking fees may apply. Any items that are returned that are not in NEW condition and able to be resold may incur additional fees. All stickers are FINAL SALE!

Please be aware that some items are handmade and each may have slight imperfections and variations that make your product unique.

Discount Policy: We offer discounts throughout the year and through our ambassadors! The discounts and/or sales are for new purchases ONLY. We do not offer a price match for previous orders placed before a sale. We will not cover the cost of shipping to return an item and repurchase it at a lower price.

Any performance specifications are believed to be true, but are not verified. The consumer shall not rely on any data and performance provided by Hiking Dogs Co. It is the buyer’s responsibility to determine the suitability of any products, to test and verify before use.

The consumer hereby waives all liability claims against Hiking Dogs Co, its employees, partners, affiliates, distributors, and retailers.
